Four Four Five: Why is the world so boring?
When you start a job, your boss will often say, “Do you know what you want to do?”
You will reply, “I don’t know.
I don’t really care.”
You might even go into a state of confusion.
If you have a lot of questions, you might say, “‘I don’ know, what is it?'”
You might say something like, “What is a meal?”
You might ask yourself, “Am I hungry?”
You would like to think that you are being understood.
But it’s a bit like when you ask, “Why am I doing this??”
In the moment you feel frustrated.
But you are in a state in which your job is difficult and you don’t have any ideas.
It is very easy to be overwhelmed by all the things you have to do.
Your boss is asking you what to do when you don’ understand something.
But if you do understand something, you would like him to understand that the job is not easy.
The task at hand is hard.
If he has to make adjustments and add tasks, it is hard to get into a good rhythm.
And the same thing happens with the rest of your life.
When you are not able to be organized and concentrate on your work, it makes it difficult to keep up with everything happening around you.
The same thing happened to me when I started my job.
I started thinking about the day and the job and my life, and I was getting frustrated because I was having to think about the way to get the most out of my work.
I was worried about everything.
I didn’t know what to get up to, what to look forward to in the future, what projects I should start, etc. My boss was very patient with me.
I am not saying he didn’t like me, but he knew that I wasn’t doing well.
I felt that I had to work harder.
I wanted to work as hard as I could.
He wasn’t impressed.
He told me that it was better if I worked on my problem.
He did not think that I was doing well and that I should be more focused on my work because he said that this would be better for me and my team.
So I thought that maybe it was time to change my work-life balance.
I think that is why I came back to the study of mindfulness and I started working on my mindfulness skills.
The most important thing is to remember that you don t know what your work is doing and what you are doing right now.
So try to be patient and ask questions.
If things are going well, you will find yourself in a good mood and be able to concentrate on the work.
But there are times when you feel very stressed and overwhelmed.
And if you are stressed, you may have trouble focusing and staying focused.
In those times, I recommend that you take a look at what your stress is like and then adjust your work-flow to be more mindful.
This way, you are able to do more things at a time and get out of the work-basket easier.
For example, when you are working at home, it can be difficult to be calm and to focus on your task.
You can relax a little and concentrate.
If the stress is very intense, it may be difficult for you to take in information quickly.
You will feel very exhausted and you may feel like you have lost control of your thoughts.
In this case, you should look at how you are using your mind.
I recommend practicing mindfulness, which is the act of paying attention to the way you are thinking.
When I work at home with a group of colleagues, I try to focus mostly on my thoughts, because I am always thinking about them.
It takes a lot for me to be focused.
When a colleague comes in and tells me that his phone has been ringing all day, I usually go and pick it up and check it out.
If I am getting stressed, I tend to forget that I have to work.
This time I try not to think too much about it.
I just relax and go into the work, focusing on my tasks.
Then I take a break and I can do more.
When my colleagues come in and tell me that their work has been slow and they are not getting paid, I take care of them as if I had been a colleague.
This is very important for me.
When they are at home or on the go, I feel like I have lost my focus and the more I am stressed, the more tired I feel and the less motivated I am to finish my work, which will mean that my colleagues will have to pay for their work as well.
The best way to work in a calm and relaxed way is to do what is natural.
